People change/switch their Arise IBO's for many reasons: lack of transparency, not paying them on time, IBO fees, lack of communication or support, etc. 
 

Please keep in mind, if you are a CSP under another IBO, you must first request to be released from under your current IBO before you can join another one. (Note: Your current IBO is NOT required to release you; releasing you from their team is solely under their discretion.)
