Pledge Drive Support

As a Pledge Drive Support Agent, you will be answering inbound calls from individuals wishing to donate to various non-profit organizations. These people already want to give money, so there is no need to sell or persuade them to do so. They already know where they want to donate and how much!

What To Expect:

As an agent, you will be collecting donations for organizations such as PBS, St. Judes, ASPCA, and more
 
This is a seasonal position with various drives held throughout the year. 
 
Active months are March, June, August, October, November, and December.
 

  • All calls are scripted and very easy to follow. This takes all the guesswork out of the calls and what is needed to succeed.  

  • Assist callers with information about and making their donation to their chosen non-profit agency.

  • Enter customer and pledge information correctly.

Systems Requirements

  • Windows Based PC with Anti-Malware Security Software.

  • Minimum 2 GB RAM.

  • CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent)

  • Google Chrome browser.

  • Minimum bandwidth requirements are 512K Upload, 1.5Mbps Download. 

  • USB headset with the following features: a) Noise Cancelling b) Corded/USB 

  • You will not need a dedicated phone line. 

Hours (subject to change based on client needs):

  • The busiest Pledge Drives usually occur in January, March, June, August, October, November, and December.

  • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during pledge seasons.

  • You will be able to choose your own hours. Please keep in mind, you must service a minimum of 15 hours a week to keep your account active. 

Required Certification:

Background check & client certification course lasting approximately 10 days.  Certification is 100% online.

Pay:

You will be paid $0.20 per talk minute base pay with bonuses that can take you up to $0.35 per talk minute.

Poor performance can decrease pay to $0.18 per talk minute.

 

There is also Shift Insurance that will give you a guaranteed hourly rate during certain shifts to boost your earnings.

Registration/Enrollment Process:

  • Pay Certification cost.

  • Passing vocal demonstration. 

  • Meeting System Requirements. 

  • Passing Background Check.

  • Attending and participating in the certification class.

  • Completing all self-paced work and passing mock calls.
