What are roadside assistance calls like?

People need assistance from a work-from-home dispatcher for a variety of reasons. They might have questions about the features of their rental car, need assistance with a flat tire, or they might have locked their keys in the car. These calls rely heavily on your communication skills and ability to connect with people.

They can include both inbound and outbound calls. You will ensure the motorist is safe, determine what they need and contact service providers to dispatch to the caller’s location as needed. On some calls, you might have an opportunity to sell services to the caller.

Our clients want their callers to get the best customer service experience, with a focus on being friendly, safe and prompt.
