A PC that is fully updated with all current patches, critical updates, and service packs from Microsoft Update is requested. These guidelines are outlined for each program as agents are provided with the program offers.
  • Can I use wireless internet?
Due to the sensitivity of client software, systems, and connections, we cannot support wireless connectivity. During work hours, the wireless connection adapter should be turned off or disabled to ensure that all Internet traffic only goes through your wired connection. Please become familiar with the wireless adapter settings or physical on/off switches on your machine so you may make these changes as needed.
  • How do I become an agent?
The basic steps are: Fill out an application. Access Application Portal. Within 24 hours of your application being received, you will be sent an email invitation on how to access our applicant portal, current opportunities, and complete your application. Run a background check. You will complete a background check with our third-party background vendor; this costs you $9.99 and includes an SSN verification, nationwide, and county criminal checks. Apply for programs you feel suit you best based on your experience, availability, and interest. If no programs interest you, check back often as our offerings change frequently.
  • What do I do after I fill out the application form?
Within 24 hours of your application being received, you will be sent an email invitation on how to access our applicant portal, current opportunities, and complete your application.
  • Do you have work available for me in my state?
You must reside in the United States to work from home. At this time we are not supporting opportunities for residents of the following states: California Connecticut Maryland Massachusetts New York Oregon Wisconsin You are also able to move to any state (not listed above) and still provide services – many jobs don’t provide you this flexibility or require an extended transfer process.
  • How do I prepare for my program?
Once approved, you will go through virtual certification to learn the client’s business and customers before beginning work. Certification can take anywhere from three days to several weeks, depending on the client. You can receive a monetary incentive for your certification time, provided you meet all the program requirements.
  • Can I work from anywhere?
You must legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years or older. You can provide your services from anywhere that is open to new applications. If you move, you are able to bring your work with you! How many jobs can you say that about?
  • Who determines the hours I work?
Agents are able to schedule their work hours, but they are responsible for them once set. Agents who consistently meet their commitments and perform well will be given priority scheduling.
  • How much can I earn?
Each program is paid differently. Agents have earned the equivalent of anywhere from $9 an hour to $16 USD an hour, depending on the program. Your income will vary, based on the work you are doing, your performance, how much work is available, and how much time you put in.
  • Do you offer benefits?
All of our agents are self-employed contractors. Traditional employee benefits, such as paid time off and health insurance, cannot be offered. The main benefits are the ability to schedule your hours and work when it is convenient for you—from the comfort of home, without the hassles of commuting and outside expenses.
  • How will I get paid?
We offer direct deposit, or we can send checks by mail. Checks are issued twice a month for completed work.
  • Can I work on more than one client program?
Yes, agents are typically eligible to work on two programs at once. We cannot guarantee consistent work will be available, but we do our best to keep reliable and successful agents busy. Please remember that reliability is as important as performance, especially when working with a virtual workforce.
  • Is certification paid?
Once in certification, you will go through virtual preparation to learn the client’s business and customers before beginning work. Instruction can take anywhere from two days to several weeks, depending on the client. As an independent contractor, you are not paid for the time spent in a client certification course. As an Authorized User and Independent Contractor, you are responsible for any certification needed that is required to educate yourself to properly provide your services to the client You can receive an incentive after completing the certification, provided you meet all the program requirements.
