Participants must be at least 20 years old to take part.

What happens if I retire?

If you decide to retire you must do so at a checkpoint if at all possible and inform the event crew of your decision. We will provide somewhere warm and dry for you to wait (likely to be in a vehicle if an outdoor checkpoint) until we can transport you back the event HQ in Castleton. This will be considered a lower priority than the operation of the checkpoint to support those still participating, so may not be until the checkpoint closes.

You can, of course, make your own arrangement for transport back to Castleton or elsewhere. However, it is essential that you inform a race official before leaving the event.

Are ITRA / UTMB points available?

Yes, ITRA/UTMB points have been confirmed and are as follows. See link below for details. Millstone 100 = 6 points Limestone 50 = 3 points Peveril 33 = 2 points

Will Covid-19 impact on the 2021 event

The 2020 event was cancelled due to the Covid-19 situation at the time. The majority of entrants agreed to defer their places to 2021, which means that there will be less places available to new entrants in 2021. We are optimistic that the event will go ahead in 2021 and that any impact from Covid-19 will be minimal. There is a possibility that measures may be required to enable social distancing and additional hygiene controls at event HQ and at Checkpoints. We have developed a plan for this eventuality, and will implement elements of it as required depending on the situation at the time.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and Ford & Associates Client Services is a contractual relationship. Ford & Associates Client Services will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Ford &  Associates Client Services. When you receive your statement of work (SOW), you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Ford & Associates Client Services hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, social security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
